I was assistant coach for 16 years and now have been 1 st Grade Coach for 2 years

Best business experience?
Coaching Rugby in Japan. Intense experience. Coaching from Amateur level to Advanced. Accelerated learning.

If you weren’t doing this, what would you be doing?
Full time day job doing Kick Start advisory.

Best part of your job or most enjoyable part of your job?
Seeing guys improve is the most rewarding.

Weirdest thing that has ever happened at work?
Bus Trips. They are all time.
